TECH LEAD / SENIOR BACKEND ENGINEER

• Echologyx Limited is looking for a talented and results-orientedTech Lead / Senior Backend Engineer ( PHP, Nodejs, Python, AWS ) to help us scale, innovate, and build the backend systems that power our world-class products. • Responsible for providing technical direction, making architectural decisions, and ensuring the overall quality and scalability of the product. This role involves
  hands-on coding while also mentoring team members and coordinating cross-functional communication.
• Lead the design and architecture of scalable SaaS applications.
• Make strategic technology decisions and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to other developers.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and UX/UI Designer to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with product goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecks.
• Architect and implement cutting-edge solutions that power the next generation of [product/service].
• Mentor and collaborate with a growing team of engineers, fostering innovation and best practices.
• Own the entire lifecycle of services, from development to deployment and optimization.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing new technologies and methodologies into the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in extensive backend development, with at least 7 years in a leadership/tech lead role.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Advanced proficiency in Backend Development – PHP, NodeJs, Python.
• Work on projects that will shape the future of [industry, tech space, product A/B Testing]

• Proficiency in RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Architecture Skills: Deep knowledge of architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture)
• Cloud & DevOps: Strong experience with cloud platforms like AWS, experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Industry/product experience: Knowledge and experience with SaaS products / AB testing products.
• Problem Solver: Strategic problem-solving skills with decision-making capabilities and deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design.
• Leadership: Passion for mentoring engineers, sharing knowledge, and inspiring the team to continuously improve.
• Communication: effective communication skills, Conversational knowledge of English Language.
