There's a bunch of reasons to work with us at EchoLogyx.
In the last couple of years, I have been working very successfully with EchoLogyx. We moved from Ad hoc cycles to sprint cycles. EchoLogyx was instrumental in helping us do that. The efficiency we gained working with them has helped us, helped book more work for our clients. Very professional, hard-working. Efficient in a way we can rely on them.
I have to admit, I was hesitant about using an AB testing full stack development firm that wasn't located in Canada - time difference, communications, were top of mind. But as we've gone through this process, my apprehensions are 100% gone. The team has dealt with myself and our client with professionalism, and always approached a challenging situation with a "can do" attitude.
Our experience with EchoLogyx is resoundingly positive. They basically are our team we believe they form a seamless roll within our operation process. I have a big trust in what they do there, so it’s really great.
Initially, when working with EchoLogyx, we ran a few test experiments to see how they perform. They did really well, QA was really positive. And then we sort of stepped it up very quickly from there. We are producing 12-15 tests a month. Communication is absolutely great. I can contact the team at any point in the day even after hours they are still responding to me. Since working with EchoLogyx, we have never had an issue with a test that has gone live.
I quite enjoy getting involved with developers. For example. If they come across a scenario that as an Optimisation Manager I would not have thought of, it's good to talk through with them what options we have and which one would make the experience better for the user. It has been two years since I started working with QA guys. Their work is very thorough. I know they will look at something, take it really seriously.
I'd 100% recommend EchoLogyx, they have really sort of raised the bar of my expectations of how you should work with developers and also the efficiency. The guys are so helpful and very responsive, we had our weekly stand up penciled in but actually we were in touch more or less daily throughout the project. Our weekly calls were efficient. It didn't feel like we were wasting time, I always felt like we were achieving something on those calls. So yeah, they are very understanding, very efficient and nice guys and easy to get along with.
EchoLogyx guys are amazing! They're so knowledgeable. Not just about coding but about testing tools as well. They think about scenarios that even I would have never thought of when I was developing.
Ninetypercent is a new concept that hasn't been done before in the fashion industry In terms of doing something new, we wanted to create a voting system. The guys at EchoLogyx, they've got it straight away and not only are they developers but they are problem solvers. And they helped us come up with the algorithm. Sometimes they've come to me, Saying "look we could do this a bit better". And I'm like great. So that kind of proactive contribution is probably the biggest thing that appeals to EchoLogyx.
When you work with EchoLogyx they understand what the end goal is that we are both trying to achieve. They care as much about creating in our experience, creating a good test for a client. Making sure that it works right and we can track it correctly. The good thing about them is that they don't just give up. They will go back, figure it out, and that sort of stuff.
We've got a really good working relationship with our optimization managers and the EchoLogyx team. We are in constant contact. They really work to understand what we are trying to do and implement it and make sure that they get it right. The EchoLogyx QA team has picked up bugs on the client's website, so we have able to report that back and it's like added value to the client cause then we are uncovering issues they might even know about. We are enjoying working with them a lot.
