Now, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and drive excellence across multiple client-facing development projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather, refine, and document project requirements.
- Set task priorities and manage backlogs based on client inputs.
- Allocate appropriate Development, QA, and Design resources for each project phase.
- Track and manage design tasks from requirement gathering to delivery with deadlines.
- Oversee the entire CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) program: from ideation to launch, in coordination with internal stakeholders and the client.
- Deliver consistent and clear status reports outlining progress, blockers, and timelines for all development-related tasks.
- Ensure project milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and clients are kept informed every step of the way.

Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience Required
- 4–5 years of solid project management experience in a software or digital development environment.
- Proven track record managing multiple projects across the development lifecycle – design, development, QA, deployment.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, CRO, or SaaS platforms.
