JUNIOR SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE

• Echologyx Limited is looking for a Junior Social Media & Sales Support Executive to assist one of our clients in managing their social media presence and supporting their sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to social media inquiries, engaging with potential customers, and assisting the sales and marketing team in lead generation and conversion.

• Monitor and respond to comments on social media posts in a timely manner.
• Engage with followers by providing accurate and professional responses.
• Follow a set guideline to ensure consistency in communication.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve audience engagement
• Track and report on common queries or concerns raised by users.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve customer engagement.
• Assist in running promotional campaigns by tracking engagement and responses.
• Share customer insights with the team to improve sales strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• At least 0-1 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Hands-on experience in social media engagement and sales support.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  E-commerce, Software Company

• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Basic understanding of customer service, sales, and digital marketing.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain professionalism in responses.
• Prior experience in social media management or sales support is a plus but not mandatory.

• Office Time: 1.30 PM – 10.00 PM
• Working days:Monday to Friday
