At Echologyx Limited, we are dedicated to delivering a seamless online shopping experience to customers across the UK and USA. As we expand, we’re looking for a skilled E-commerce Website Administrator to manage and optimize the backend operations of our E-commerce platforms.

• Monitor preorders and manage inventory efficiently.
• Link product variants on Shopify for seamless browsing.
• Set up products in Linnworks and across multiple platforms.
• Transfer products and images between our UK & USA websites.
• Handle price updates, website corrections, and filters to enhance user experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 1-3 years in E-commerce website administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in Shopify, Linnworks, and inventory management systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage product listings, stock, and website updates with precision.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick thinker with the ability to troubleshoot website and inventory related issues

• Office Time: 1.30 PM – 10.00 PM
• Working days:Monday to Friday
