Do you only offer a full service or can you work in addition to our in-house team/agency?

We work in both ways! We are supporting some clients by working with their in house development team and with some clients, we are their development team!

Do you offer A/B testing for Shopify?

Yes! Currently we are developing A/B tests on over 60 different Shopify Sites!

Do you offer A/B testing for Magento sites?

Yes! Currently we are developing A/B tests on over 20 different Magento stores.

What Testing Tools do you use to develop your A/B Tests?

We are technology agnostic. We are developing experiments using pretty much all the testing tools that are in the market. That includes ABLyft, ABTasty, Kameleoon, Convert, VWO, Optimizely, Adobe Target, Dynamic Yield – you choose the testing tool and we will develop the experiments for you using that testing tool.

How long does it take to develop a test?

“It depends”! It can be anything between a couple of hours to 30 or 40 hours in some cases. Depends on the number of variations, changes and complexity.

What is your pricing model?

We have got a flexible pricing model for our clients. Depending on the requirements, it will vary. Clients who use our services typically save 60% cost!

We are planning to set up a testing team in our company. Could you support us?

Of course. We have been helping companies who are in the process of developing their CRO function by supporting them with right process and resources in place.

Do you provide design support?

We have got a strong UI team, helping our clients with their variation design. You can send the design brief, and based on the brand guidelines, our design team will send you the variations.

Do you provide Quality Assurance services?

Yes – absolutely! One third of our team members are dedicated QA engineers and we are supporting some of our clients with Quality Assurance to make sure that their changes to the website goes live without any bugs.

What time does the team work?

We currently cover from 8:00AM GMT to 9:00PM GMT. Depending on the location of our clients, we have got our team working during two different shifts.

Will I be able to speak to the developer directly?

Yes – absolutely. Part of our services is to make sure that you have got a direct communication with the developers and the QA engineers who will be picking up your tasks!
