We have been unblocking the development bottlenecks for global and local brands in the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, France and many other countries.

We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative to support our growth in our NA region (USA and Canada). As a Sales Development Representative, you will be directly responsible for driving revenue pipeline through outbound prospecting by proactively identifying, nurturing, and creating new opportunities with prospects.

You will be working with our Marketing team to grow our business by impacting one of the most important aspect for the business: accelerated pipeline production and growth.

As an SDR, you will leverage intent-based data to prioritize and tailor your outreach to prospects, leveraging tools such as Hubspot,  LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools combined with your experience in digital selling techniques to research companies, identify key contacts, and create targeted messaging to effectively communicate our value proposition across a wide-ranging portfolio of solutions – including A/B Testing, Quality Assurance, Shopify Development, Magento Development, AI based application development and other Tech Stack development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target accounts and key purchase decision makers
  • Create marketing content that are personalised for target audience including, but not limited to, emails, personal videos, and other digital content for outbound campaigns
  • Contribute to overall company generated pipeline for the target region and at least 50% of all closed won opportunities for sales.
  • Ability to conduct a value assessment with a prospect (for example, evaluate a prospect’s current development needs, bottlenecks, and position how our solutions can drive velocity and their growth)
  • Nurture the relationship with the prospects and book meetings with the decision makers
  • Provide weekly pipeline forecasts, on pipeline pacing and production of sales opportunities
  • Achieve daily call, email, LinkedIn outreach metrics

Experience Required

  • At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field
  • Proven track record of owning the new business development – starting from research, identify, communicate, nurture and closing the deals
  • Experience starting, leading and growing sales development team, preferably in a Development Agency, Digital Marketing Agency, A/B Testing Tools, or other ecommerce platforms;
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Aptitude for building reports and making data-driven decisions
